McGregor Consultants - MAC

McGregor Consultants are established providers in the provision of specialist recruitment services for the oil and gas industry.

NEED

McGregor Consultants (McGregors) had used an off the shelf system, Voyager, to manage their personnel and recruitment. Although it provided them with the basics the inability to tailor the product to their business needs meant that it couldn’t develop with their processes. In addition, it had an extensive feature range which McGregors didn’t require and resulted in a busy and unproductive interface.

SOLUTION

Impressed by a demonstration of our template software, T1, McGregors asked us to develop a bespoke recruitment system using T1 as the basis. The result is MAC, a desktop based application which allows McGregors to:

• Manage personnel and perform full text searches on uploaded CVs
• Create proposals and placements for jobs
• Maintain client details, contact information and suppliers
• Schedule and assign activities such as phone calls, meetings, emails and tasks
• Integrate with Microsoft Outlook to create email activities within MAC
